Christina Schiborr, PhD

Dr Schiborr studied nutritional science and home economics at the Christian-Albrechts-University Kiel (Germany). In 2009, she completed her Master of Science degree and started her post graduate studies at the University Hohenheim in Stuttgart (Germany). She was awarded a PhD in nutritional sciences in 2014. 

Dr Schiborr’s research focuses on the biological availability and activity of secondary plant metabolites, such as curcumin, in humans.
